About Sarasota AC Repair Pros
A local HVAC company for Sarasota homes, run on a few simple rules.
Who We Are
Sarasota AC Repair Pros is a locally owned heating and air conditioning company serving homes across Sarasota and Manatee County. We work on homes, condos and villas, from beach cottages on Siesta Key to newer builds in Lakewood Ranch.
We run the company around one idea. You should get a straight answer about what’s wrong with your AC and what it costs to fix, without anyone pushing you toward a new system you don’t need.
How We Work
Price first, always
You get the price in writing before any work starts. If we find something else once we’re in there, we stop and ask.
Repair before replace
If a repair makes sense, we’ll recommend it, even when a new system would be a bigger job for us.
Show, don't just tell
Our technicians show you the failed part or send a photo, so you can see what you’re paying for.
Respect the house
Shoe covers on, drop cloths down, and the work area left cleaner than we found it.
Turn up when we say
A time window when you book, and a text when your technician is on the way.
Insured on Every Job
We carry liability insurance on every job, so your home is protected while we work. Ask any contractor you are thinking of hiring to confirm their insurance first, and that includes us.
What We Do
Most of our work is AC repair in Sarasota, but we look after the whole system:
Where We Work
We cover Sarasota from the barrier islands out past I-75, and north into Bradenton and Palmetto. See all Sarasota neighborhoods we serve.
